Catch Me If You Can

I was recently tagged by the lovely Jacinta to tell the land of blog ten outrageously intersting facts about myself! So here goes it.
1. I've never consumed a whole cup of coffee in my life. This is because I cannot stand the taste of it. The closest I've come is a few sips. This kind of disappoints me. I kind of want to like coffee because it seems like 'the cool thing to do', and we all want to be cool, right? RIGHT?

2. I've climbed Uluru. I went on a year ten excursion to Central Australia and had the chance to climb it. It was one of the hardest, but best, things I've ever done. It was absolutely invigorating to get to the top. I felt pretty much on top of the world up there. It's absolutely beautiful.

3. I've been a vegetarian for almost six months. Not long compared to some but quite an achievment for me.

4. I'm allergic to cats. This is quite annoying as I think I would quite like to have a kitty if it wouldn't make me sneeze and turn my eyes into puffy red balls so that I look like a drug addict.

5. I'm getting braces soon. How soon, I am not quite sure, but I'm thinking around April. I'm quite excited to be a brace-face.

6. I'm obsessed with bags that have long long shoulder straps. Short straps just don't cut it.

7. My name means flower and/or nose in Japanese. I prefer flower, funnily enough.

8. I can talk like Donald Duck. So can my sister. We used to have whole conversations talking like him.

9. I've never seen The Notebook.

10. I've been to every state/territory in Australia except for WA.

I tag: ya mum!

In the meantime, feast your eyes on this.

hola!

In commemoration of mine and my lovely boyfriend's anniversary of four whole exciting years, last night we went to Mucho's Mexican for a Mexican feast! It is probably our favourite food so quite fitting :)

I had:
1 Midori Margarita
The vegetarian combo which had a taco, a burrito AND an enchilda.. plus some frijoles (what a funny word) which I'm pretty sure is just like re-fried beans, on the side.
Three tequila jelly shots. Three, because they are quite weak, but extremely tasty! I want to make my own some day. They use lemon flavoured jelly. Cute.

The lover had:
A mexican beer.
A VB (haha.. they were cheaper)
3 jelly shots, also.
1 beef taco for entre,
and his main was a burrito.

I really like that restaurant. It's all decorated to the theme so there's lots to look at. And I love that they have all different kinds of Margaritas because I don't usually like the normal ones.

Anywho, I can't believe it's been four whole years since we started going out! It's quite funny how it all happened actually but I'll save that for another time.

I didn't actually get a good one of the two of us but here's some shots anyway.

Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist

Last night I went to Ben's house. We stopped off at Coles and stocked up on picnic goods such as cheese, dip, crackers, chocolate and celery (for a bit of health) and headed back to his house. We ate said munchies in his room whilst watching Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist (illegally, it's yet to be released in Aus). When I heard Michael Cera was in it I knew I couldn't really go wrong. And it surely impressed! Incredibly sweet, funny movie with an excellent soundtrack including Band of Horses and Vampire Weekend.

Do see!
